How quickly can something be live?
A focused first automation is usually running in two to four weeks from the audit. Larger builds involving several systems typically take six to ten weeks. We deliver in stages so you see working software early rather than waiting for one big reveal.
Do we need to replace the software we already use?
Almost never. Most of what we build sits on top of the tools you already pay for — your CRM, accounting package, spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp — and connects them. Replacing working systems is expensive and rarely the reason a process is slow.
What does it cost?
Individual automations generally start in the low lakhs, depending on how many systems are involved and how messy the data is. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer. We give a fixed quote after the audit, so you are never agreeing to an open-ended bill.
Is our data safe?
We build inside your own accounts and cloud wherever we can, so your data does not move to us. Access is scoped to what a given automation needs, and we tell you plainly which third-party services process what. Anything sensitive can be kept on models that do not retain your inputs.
What if the process changes after you build it?
Processes always change — that is the normal case, not the exception. Our retainer covers monitoring, fixes and reasonable adjustments. Bigger changes are quoted separately, and you always own the underlying system.
Where do your clients need to be?
Anywhere. Almost everything we build is delivered remotely — we work inside your own accounts and review progress over calls, so distance is rarely a constraint on this kind of work. We are happy to work on site where that genuinely helps, and you are welcome at our office, but you do not need to be nearby to work with us.
